These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NutritionTracker ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), including the website at nutritiontracker.in and any related services. By visiting the website, filling out the intake form, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

The Service is available to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

If you are under 18, you may use NutritionTracker only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Services Provided

NutritionTracker offers a personalised Indian meal plan PDF generated based on health and lifestyle information you provide. The Service includes:

• A multi-page personalised diet plan in PDF format, delivered digitally.
• Free health calculators (TDEE, BMI, BMR, etc.) available on the website.
• An Indian food nutritional database for reference purposes.
• Blog content providing general nutrition and wellness information.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Purchase, Delivery & Refunds

Payment: The personalised meal plan is available for a one-time fee of ₹249 (inclusive of applicable taxes). All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Delivery: Your PDF meal plan will be generated and made available for download immediately upon successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and personalised nature of the product, we generally do not offer refunds once the PDF has been generated and delivered. However, if you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and we will re-deliver or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Not Medical Advice

The content provided by NutritionTracker — including meal plans, nutritional data, and blog articles — is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or nutritionist before starting any new diet, exercise, or health programme — especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, food allergies, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

NutritionTracker is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following the meal plans or any content on this website.

User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in the intake form.
• Use the meal plan solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the generated PDF to others.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy content from the website.
• Ensure the health information you provide is truthful and not intended to manipulate the algorithm.

Intellectual Property

All content on NutritionTracker — including but not limited to the website design, text, meal plan templates, food database, blog articles, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of NutritionTracker and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

Your personalised PDF meal plan is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use NutritionTracker to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or databases.
• Transmit harmful, malicious, or offensive content.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service or generated content.
• Misrepresent your identity or health information.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and, where applicable, legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutritionTracker and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the meal plan or nutritional content.
• Any health outcomes resulting from following the meal plan.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Technical failures, downtime, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (i.e., the purchase price of your meal plan).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NutritionTracker and its owners, team members, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised. Your continued use of NutritionTracker after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
